Branka Anđukić is a social worker and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP). She is a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT), and she has long-standing experience of group and individual work in institutions and NGOs with women and children (domestic and war-related violence). She has worked at the Family and Couples Counselling Centre of the Blue Phone for more than twenty years. She lives and works in Zagreb.

Mirjana Belavić is a psychologist and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP). She is a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). She has experience in education and social care, and, as an external associate, has been involved in projects of several associations as a provider of individual counselling and group workshops. She lives and works in Karlovac.

Danko Butorac is a psychologist and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). In his daily private practice, he works with individuals, couples, families, and groups. As a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy, he is involved in delivering education programmes, giving supervision, and teaching Choice Theory. He is President of the European Association for Reality Therapy (EART). He lives and works in Senj.

Janko Bras is a special education teacher, social worker and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). For nearly 40 years, he has worked in mental health care and provided psychosocial support. Since 2006, he has run a private counselling and psychotherapy practice. He has also provided professional supervision for practitioners and associates in various governmental, non-governmental, and private organisations and institutions in social care and education. He lives and works in Ljubljana.

Ksenija Centa is a psychologist and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). After 11 years at the Employment Service, she spent 17 years at the Celje Community Health Centre as a psychologist in child and adolescent mental health, and for several years also partly at the Centre for the Prevention and Treatment of Drug Addiction. She has collaborated with the National Institute of Public Health as an online counsellor for adolescents and as a psychotherapist for adults. From 2009 to 2020, she also maintained a private practice in the afternoons, which has been her full-time occupation since 2021. She provides individual, couples, and family psychotherapy, as well as group supervision for education professionals. She lives and works in Celje.

Petra Cvek is a graduate in pedagogy (andragogy), a Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). She is an HSE coach, runs a private psychotherapy practice, and delivers training and individual and couples psychotherapy, online and in person, in Šentjur near Celje. She works with individuals facing a range of personal, relational, and mental health difficulties. In her work, she combines reality therapy with other self-help approaches, such as NLP, HSE, and Brainspotting. She lives and works in Šentjur near Celje.

Martina Dumančić Vranješ is a social pedagogue and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). Since graduating, she has worked as a professional associate at Marina Držić Primary School in Dubrovnik. She was promoted to the title of Mentor in 2017. She leads the County Professional Council for preventive programmes in the Dubrovnik-Neretva region’s primary and secondary schools and student dormitories. She is actively involved in training teachers, professional associates, and teaching assistants at the regional and national levels. She has mentored students of the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences and students of the Faculty of Teacher Education within the course Early Socio-Pedagogical Interventions. She is a member of the Commission that assesses the quality of programmes/projects of civil-sector associations in the Dubrovnik–Neretva region. She lives and works in Dubrovnik.

Nikolina Essert is a psychologist and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). She is employed in her own private psychotherapy practice. She works with individuals, couples, and people who wish to improve their relationships with others. She has experience in leading psychotherapy groups. Over the past seven years, she has worked with people with eating disorders. She spent ten years as a psychologist in a preschool institution. She has many years of experience in parenting through experiential and educational workshops and individual counselling for parents. From 2019 to 2022, she served as Secretary of the Croatian Chamber of Psychotherapists. She works in Zagreb.

Tatjana Gadže Okić is a medical doctor, school medicine specialist, Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). She has long-standing experience working with pupils, students, and parents at the Youth Centre. She lives and works in Zagreb.

Aida Ganović is a pedagogue and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). She has experience in individual and group counselling. She is the President of the Association for Reality Therapy of Bosnia and Herzegovina. She completed a three-year training programme in Philosophy and Methods of Psychodrama. She is the author of several articles on direct individual and group counselling practice. She lives and works in Sarajevo.

Olga Lilija Hribernik is a pedagogue and sociologist, a Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). Most of her counselling and therapeutic experience has been with individuals and groups facing socially unacceptable behaviour, addiction, adjustment difficulties related to deprivation of liberty, psychosomatic disorders, suicidal tendencies, and parenting challenges. She has experience in leading, training, and providing supervision to professionals in education and social care. She lives and works in Celje.

Dubravka Hrovatič is a social worker and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). She has worked in the field of social care for 30 years. She is a licensed supervisor with the Social Chamber of Slovenia and an InsideOut Coach licensed by the Academy of Choice. She provides individual, group, and couples psychotherapy. Psychotherapy is offered in Croatian and Slovenian, both in person and online. She lives and works in Novo mesto.

Silvija Jurčević is a psychologist and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). She has over twelve years of experience working with and counselling children, adolescents, and families. She collaborates with numerous institutions and organises and leads various seminars and workshops. In addition to her permanent post as a school psychologist at the Centre for the Education of Children and Young People with Developmental Difficulties, she runs a non-governmental organisation that provides counselling and psychotherapy services. She lives and works in Tomislavgrad.

Irena Krajcar Kokalj is a psychologist and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). She has spent most of her professional life providing counselling within the social care system. For the past fifteen years, she has worked at the Family Centre in Pula, where she offers daily individual, couples, and family counselling. She organises and leads workshops for children, young people, parents, and other groups. She lives and works in Pula.

Barbara Krnc is a pedagogue and sociologist, a Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). Most of her therapeutic experience is with people facing mental health difficulties related to family, partners, parenting issues, addictions, and psychosomatics. She has run her private psychotherapy practice in Koper for fourteen years. Before that, she worked in education and in a correctional institution. She works in Koper.

Bosiljka Boba Lojk is a social worker and a Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), Head of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). She is Secretary-General of the European Association for Reality Therapy (EART). She has worked in counselling for more than four decades and, since 1990, has taught Choice Theory and its applications across various areas of human activity (counselling, teaching, leadership). With her husband Leon, she founded the five-year programme leading to the title Reality Therapy Psychotherapist and the four-year programme leading to the title Reality Therapy Counsellor. She is the author of numerous articles and a co-author of several books. She lives and works in Kranj.

Leandra Miletić Činić is a medical doctor, specialist in school medicine, and a Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). As a specialist in school medicine, she has long-standing experience working with children, adolescents, and their parents. In her psychotherapy practice, she addresses a range of mental and psychosomatic disorders and difficulties. She is employed in her own private psychotherapy and counselling practice. She lives and works in Zagreb.

Vesna Pahor, magistra edukacije kemije, psihoterapeutkinja realitetne terapije, s evropskom diplomom iz psihoterapije, članica učiteljskog vijeća Evropskog instituta za realitetnu terapiju. Teoriju izbora u svom radu implementira od 2011. godine, kako u nastavi tako i u individualnim razgovorima s učenicima, u razgovorima s roditeljima i u radu s kolegama učiteljima. Koautorica je i provoditeljica programa stručnog usavršavanja djelatnika u odgoju i obrazovanju ‘Kako brinuti o sebi kao učitelju i time stvarati poticajnu klimu za učenje’ i ‘Uspješnim rješavanjem problema do većeg zadovoljstva u učiteljskoj profesiji’. Program se odvija pod pokroviteljstvom Ministarstva obrazovanja, a provodi se kroz 8-satne radionice za učitelje. Također vodi 50-satni tečaj „Teorija izbora za svakoga“ – program Europskog instituta za realitetnu terapiju koji je namijenjen široj populaciji.

Mirjana Palčič Bubnič is a social worker and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), a member of the Teaching Council and Director of the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). She has twenty-five years of professional experience at the Izola Centre for Social Work, working with people facing various difficulties. For the past thirteen years, she has run her own psychotherapy practice. She is a licensed supervisor with the Social Chamber of Slovenia and an InsideOut Coach licensed by the Academy of Choice. She works in Koper.

Asja Palinić Cvitanović is a medical doctor, specialist in school medicine, and a Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). She has thirty-eight years’ experience counselling and working with school-age children and their parents, married couples, and war veterans, as well as with people facing various problems. Since 2002, she has taught Choice Theory and its application across different fields of human activity (counselling, education, management). She has actively participated in numerous Croatian and EU congresses, conferences and seminars. She lives and works in Metković.

Maja Perić is a psychologist and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). Since 2016, she has worked as a psychologist, trainer, and counsellor at the Mostar Employment Service. She provides individual and group therapy in several counselling centres in Mostar. She lives and works in Mostar.

Marija Posavec is a medical doctor, specialist in school medicine, and a Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). She is a school medicine specialist and Head of the Counselling Centre for Children, Youth, and Parents. She is a member of the Management Board of the Croatian Chamber of Psychotherapists and regularly participates in the Croatian Association for Reality Therapy activities. She has many years of psychotherapy experience. Her area of interest is lead management. She lives and works in Zagreb.

Štefanija Prosenjak Žumbar is a social pedagogue and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). She gained her professional experience in social care and education by working with children and adolescents with behavioural disorders, and in the police force, focusing on criminal-law protection of children and cases of domestic violence. She currently works as a psychotherapist at the Counselling Centre for Children, Marriage, and Family, at the counselling service of the club for women recovering from breast cancer, and as programme leader for the psychosocial treatment of perpetrators of domestic violence. She also leads premarital courses and is engaged in the prevention of addictive behaviours and behavioural disorders. She is a member of NGOs focused on supporting people with diverse needs. She lives and works in Labin.

Marijana Rajčević Kazalac is a psychologist and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). Since 2007, she has been employed full-time at the Counselling Centre for Children, Youth, Marriage, and Family in Poreč. She lives and works in Poreč.

Tadeja Rajk is a social worker and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). She is a licensed supervisor with the Social Chamber of Slovenia. She has been active in social care for more than fifteen years, working with people facing various personal problems, mental health difficulties, relationship issues, and those who wish to improve their quality of life. Jasna Sloković is a psychologist and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). Part of her professional career has been in education, providing counselling, and she also works as an external psychotherapist, currently at the municipal counselling centres in Pazin and Buzet. She teaches Choice Theory through training as a supervisor and applies it across various areas of life: parenting, marriage, and upbringing. She lives and works in Pazin.

Živana Stegić-Ivas is a teacher and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). She has experience across several fields, primarily in education. She has been engaged in psychotherapy and counselling since 2009 and, through collaboration with associations, institutions, and private practice, has gained experience with a wide range of difficulties people face in life and relationships. Dubravka Stijačić is a social pedagogue and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). She has many years of experience in psychiatry as Head of the Centre for Psychosocial Treatment Methods. She has led social-skills training and both group and individual psychotherapy with people with various psychiatric diagnoses. She is President of the Croatian Association for Reality Therapy (HURT). She lives and works in Zagreb.

Ljiljana Šupraha is a social pedagogue and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). For more than thirty years, she has worked with children and adolescents with behavioural disorders. Since 2003, she has taught Choice Theory and applied it across various fields of human activity (counselling, teaching, coaching). In the NGO Beli krog, she works as a counsellor for victims of criminal offences and leads the psychosocial treatment programme for perpetrators of domestic violence. She lives and works in Split.

Nermina Vehabović Rudež is a psychologist and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). She works at the Centre for Mental Health at the Public Health Centre Visoko and, since 2021, has run her own private counselling practice. In 2005, she published the parents’ handbook Voljela bih podijeliti s vama (I Would Like to Share with You), inspirational cards for young people in 2017, and the book Putovanje jednog psihoterapeuta (A Psychotherapist’s Journey) in 2019. In 2023, she published “Ženoteka”, a guide to building respect for oneself and others. She has taken part in conferences and round tables on psychotherapy, war trauma, and domestic violence. She is currently a doctoral student in psychology. She lives and works in Visoko.

Nina Vene is a medical doctor, a Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). She is a specialist in internal and cardiovascular medicine. She provides psychotherapy for clients with mental and psychosomatic disorders and counselling focused on managing the difficulties of chronic illness and chronic pain. She also has many years of experience in counselling and raising awareness about healthy lifestyles to prevent chronic diseases in contemporary society. She lives and works in Ljubljana.

Mirjana Zećirević is a psychologist and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a member of the Faculty Board at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). She has experience across several fields of applied psychology, particularly juvenile delinquency, family and couple relationships, vocational rehabilitation, competence development, and human resource management, alongside many years of psychotherapy and counselling for people facing personal, relational, and professional difficulties. Maša Žilevski is a psychologist and Reality Therapy psychotherapist with a European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP), and a teacher-in-training in the programme for teachers at the European Institute for Reality Therapy (EIRT). Within organisational psychology, she works in human resources, organisation and systems. She conducts psychological profiling, workshops, lectures, development and assessment centres, coaching, competency-model design, various HR measurements and evaluations, etc. Alongside her regular job, she provides individual psychotherapy.
